Harrison Ave...

i guess im starting this one this time.  the first half week in our new place and im very very happy all of this time together mainly on the phone makes sense. i like many people am not a fan of moving and it was a rough several days repacking transporting and unpacking again but i saw the end result and tha t made me somewhat enjoy it.  t rex has been a real trooper about making harrison ave a home for both of us not to mention the impending doom of meeting my family.   it sounds scary but it went better than if i scripted it myself i thoroughly enjoyed yesterday and i enjoyed seeing tessas reactions to brooklyn and the bridges and the views.  cant wait to see more things and see her gasp at the traffic and call all the buildings sweeeeetttt
ok.. t time... ooo i made that one myself.
so like evan said.. since our last post we have moved and had some family time.
i sent an email out with some pics and i will see if i can add a few more in this via phone.  but i love our apartment and my head hurts thinking about all the possibilities.. it definitely makes me more excited to retrieve my stuff from moms house. our landlady is very cool.. she actually is a makeup artist for celebs and does stuff for magazines.
but actually the fact that we have our own space. i no longer feel restricted to one room and got to unpack my bags... i cant stress enough how wonderful that feels. and before i left a lot of people told me that our first few weeks would feel like vacation.. i hate to disappoint but this feels nothing like vacation. its life.. it feels like we have been together forever and i couldnt be happier.  evan is getting sick and i got to take care of him.. how blessed am i? haha. but honestly.. it was great.
ok... i met the fam bam yesterday... i was so nervous but the trip to queens was very distracting with new sites to look at. but i did come back to reality when evan decided to count down minutes til we arrived. his family is great.. very loving and fiesty and i felt very comfortable around them even when they started debating serious issues. hehe. his great grandma was absolutely lovely and did not look ninety. i could see so much of what makes evan the way he is and i loved that.
soooo yeah. no job for me yet. waiting to hear back from an interview.. cross your fingers for me.
